Suggested use
As an addition to the diet, take three Vcaps daily on an empty stomach with 8 ounces of water. For increased benefits, add one teaspoon of our Ginger Honey Tonic and one teaspoon of our probiotic supplement Probiotic All-Flora to the 8 ounces of water. For optimal effectiveness, this product should be refrigerated after opening and used before the date on bottle.
