Daughter Sophie at one month old
I found the Perfect Prenatal & decided to try it from seeing Gwyneth Paltrow say good things about it. I know she just had some kids so I figured she would have had to take some prenatal vitamins. I am 7 months into my pregnancy & I am shocked how great I am doing. I usually get sick with colds easy because I work often & don't rest or eat the way I should. I have not been sick once this pregnancy. It is also my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy I got the flu real bad & could hardly get out of bed. I just want to say that I think the perfect prenatal vitamins are on the expensive side but worth every penny. I believe the vitamins are great & will continue to use new chapter even after my baby is here.
