Turmeric Mango Smoothie

Turmeric is beloved for healthy inflammation support plus heart & brain nourishment.

  1. Add to blender 1 serving Fermented Turmeric Booster Powder and ¾ cup orange juice.

  2. Add ½ ripe avocado, ½ cup fresh or frozen mango & ½ cup frozen cherries (preferably tart cherries).

  3. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

 

Chocolate Cherry Maca Smoothie

Mix up energy & endurance support with fermented Maca.

  1. Add to blender 1 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk, ½ cup frozen cherries (tart cherries if possible), ½ avocado.

  2. Add 1 serving Fermented Maca Booster Powder.

  3. Add 1 T dry cocoa powder and 1 T sweetener, such as honey.
