Warming, filling and tasty, delivering the benefits of whole-food fermented Turmeric. Serves 4.

  1. Sauté 1 sliced onion in 1 T butter or olive oil. Sprinkle in ½ tsp ground cumin and 1 serving Fermented Turmeric Booster Powder.
  2. Add to slow cooker; set heat on low.
  3. Add 1 25-ounce can chickpeas, 1 chopped sweet potato, 2 chopped carrots, and 1 cinnamon stick to slow cooker.
  4. Add 2 cups vegetable broth. Stir gently to mix ingredients.
  5. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Remove cinnamon sticks and enjoy!

Turmeric Golden Milk

Savor the benefits of fermented Turmeric in this traditional drink. Serves 1.

  1. Warm 1 cup milk and 1 cup water in pan on low heat until just boiling.
  2. Add 2 small slices fresh ginger, 1 star anise pod, 4 black peppercorns, 2 cardamom pods, 1 cinnamon stick, and 1 tsp sweetener, such as maple syrup.
  3. Simmer 10+ minutes.
  4. Add 1 serving Fermented Turmeric Booster Powder and stir.

  2. Add ½ cup fresh or frozen mango, ½ cup frozen blueberries, and ¼ banana.

Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Make your breakfast taste like fall with this simple, no-cook recipe. Serves 1.

½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp powdered ginger
1 pinch of clove or allspice
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup of your favorite milk
1-2 tsp chia seeds
1 serving booster powder (we like Maca powder, which supports energy & endurance*)
1 tsp maple syrup

First, mix together the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove or allspice. Set aside. Next, combine the following ingredients in a bowl or mason jar. Add the spice mixture and stir everything together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, add toppings and enjoy! Try nuts, berries, apples, bananas, granola, pumpkin seeds, or coconut flakes.

Variation: Add a T of pumpkin puree for a full pumpkin pie experience.


Fermented Aloe Booster Powder Recipes

Aloe-Pineapple Kombucha Smoothie

Calming fermented Aloe supports detox and digestion, with probiotic-packed kombucha. Serves 1.

  1. Add to blender 1 cup of your favorite kombucha, ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks, 1 peeled kiwi fruit, and leaves from 1 sprig peppermint (about 8 leaves).
  2. Add 1 serving Fermented Aloe Booster Powder.
  3. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Fermented Aloe Parfait

Layer cooling yogurt with fresh fruit and Fermented Aloe Powder for a gentle digestive reset. Serves 1.

  1. 1 cup organic plain Greek yogurt
  2. 1 serving Fermented Aloe Booster Powder
  3. ¼ cup sliced banana
  4. ¼ cup fresh berries

Place half of yogurt in a bowl or tall glass and top with half of Aloe Powder and fruit. Repeat with remaining ingredients to build layers.

Dress up your salad with our vegan vinaigrette! Serves 1.

  1. In a small bowl, combine 2 T extra-virgin olive oil, 1 T white balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp Vermont maple syrup, 2 servings of Fermented Black Seed Booster Powder, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, and ½ tsp fresh thyme, chopped.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour dressing over washed greens and chopped vegetables. Toss gently and enjoy!
