Make your breakfast taste like fall with this simple, no-cook recipe. Best part—add in fermented herbal booster powder and you’ve got your easily digestible superfoods for the day.
Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp powdered ginger
1 pinch of clove or allspice
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup of your favorite milk
1-2 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp Booster Powder (we like Maca powder, which supports energy & endurance*)
1 tsp maple syrup
Toppings (optional): Nuts, berries, sliced apple or banana, granola, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes
- Mix together the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove or allspice. Set aside.
- Combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, Booster Powder, and maple syrup in a bowl or mason jar.
- Add in the spice mixture and stir everything together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, add toppings and enjoy!
Variation: Add 1 T of pumpkin puree for a full pumpkin pie experience.
